“Sometimes it cannot be measured the small sacrifices we make along the way for the long term gain of others”

Boronia Junior Football Club

Craig and Andy representing the Plan to Win organization, specialize in delivering the message directly to the players.  After careful consultation they put together a proposal to improve the kicking and tackling of our competitive age groups.

The day after each session I received nothing but positive feedback from the coaches and parents; Andy and Craig have a real skill for getting the message across to all age groups.  By all reports our tackling has not only improved but has also increased, which always makes the coaches happy.

We will certainly be using Plan to Win next year as an important part of our pre season program.

David Madigan Under 19 Coach, DeLaSalle OCFC

“We are thankful for the sessions you ran with the boys on improving and focusing on pressure skills. You developed a great rapport with the boys and quickly gained their confidence. Everyone acknowledges their importance of the ‘one percenters’ but executing them properly means that they are paid more than lip service when the players are actually in the contest. How important were these in the grand final?!!!! I think the work you were able to put in with them has made them more mature and thoughtful footballers.”

“As you would expect the boys were elated by their premiership success and rightfully proud of themselves. A number of them expressed satisfaction in the fact that they knew their opponents so well on grand final day and felt confident in the plans we had in place – half the battle. They looked back on the sessions you ran and you involvement as an important factor in the teams success.”

Craig Lees East Burwood Premiership Coach 2005-2006

To say I was impressed with Craig’s detailed analysis of the opposition would be an understatement. The material I received from Craig was very thorough and professional. Craig provided information on opposition structures such as:

  • Where the opposition run after centre clearance work
  • What their kick in strategies are
  • Who the main play makers are
  • Whether they run and carry or prefer one on one
  • How they set up in their prospective zone groups
  • How hard the opposition work defensively
  • What leadership qualities the opposition possess

Robbie Coccaro

Not only did Craig do all of the above in a very professional manner, he also critically analyzed things I was doing and had solutions to them, whilst giving me the constructive criticism. I think this is a very good trait of a person who not only looks at areas of improvement; they also study, break it down, and give solutions whilst analyzing. This is a very tough thing to be able to achieve and Craig has NEVER been bias in his opinions and analysis, whilst doing this for me.

I know Craig can walk into any situation relating not only to football but also in life and give honest feedback. He is thorough, allows himself enough time to achieve results, and strives to be the best he can be. One thing I can say about Craig is that he is the most organized person I have come across.
